Bosch Injector Information

Does anyone know of a good source for injection information? I need to find the flow rates of a few types of injectors (standard C20LET injectors and 363's that rick draper uses)

dont know if it'll help as u need a bit of info about the injection system, but its worth a try.
i wanted to try and find out how much power standard 1.6 injectors are good for.. unless anyone knows???
