When a man is shown topless, it's fine. When a woman is shown topless, it's ONLY 'ok' (i'm talking about what is deemed 'ok' in terms of censorship, being 'rude' and etc) if the nipples are covered up/blurred out, but it's fine to show the breast itself. :?

Or even if she's wearing a super skimpy wet white bikini and you can see the shape of the breast and the nipple, and that's fine. But if she took off the said bikini top, it's not fine, and they'd get blurred out. EVEN if there's a topless male right next to her and you can clearly see HIS nipples. :?
