I want to know the tyre size for sr alloys as some garages are saying there is 3 different tyre sizes e.g. 165,175 or 185 which one is correct?

i got some 14" sr/gsi alloys and they came wiv 165/65/14's, but they r really skinny so i'm getting 185/60/14's put on them 2moz :lol:

18's r nice but fecking expensive and need alot of work done to the arches and affet the geometry of the car

err, were talking tyre widths here, not wheel diameters! Mine are on 165/65 R14 Goodrich tyres. Wouldn't go above 175 on them or you'll get too much sidewall flex and poor cornering.
