im gonna take a guess at corsa 1.4 8v mpi engine. same as 1.4 mpi nova engine but has ecotec plastic cover on doesn't it?; the ebay one has it missing.

deffo a corsa block look at the inlet manifold looks just like the matzel powerbox well same shape anyway

Its an 8 valve 1400 engine, used in corsa sri's

could be a daewoo lump, i dont think that fuel rail and DIS pack are corsa items.

thats just what i was thinking ollster. fuel rail & ignition doesn't look familiar, though the rest is deffo corsa stock

Vauxhall engine numbers always star with the size of the engine

For example a the numbers on a 1.2 engine would start with 12..... ect

A car came into work the other day with the same rocker cover as that, i cant think what it was though :x

Likely to be a 1.5 if its a Daewoo, but i though5t they were all DOHC.

It looks like an c14se, like the SRI just new'er.

It could be out of an Astra mk3 or Corsa B.

daewoo did use the 8v platform, i really think thats what it is, look at the oil cap, thats not a vaux item.

cause it's a 2.0 16v ecowreck engine
