hey just wondering if any of you can help me with this essay i have for uni. i'm planning on doing it on a nova engine. so has anyone got any articles or facts about them (any or all of them) the question is as follows.

"Examine product carefully and discuss to the best of your ability, the manufacturing processes and materials used. You should choose a product with at least 3 different components, processes and materials."

do you think an engine is a suitable subject?

sorry for long post

I think a Nova engine is a great topic.
Just based upon the specific parts and mechanics of the engines numerous processes.

As for help, try the Haynes manuals and other manuals from Haynes such as engine tuning and carb tuning.

try:-

to be fair an engine is a very process intense item to write an essay on.

Ive done entire modules regarding the surface finish of the bores etc ffs lol

I mean if you have the time and want a 1st grade for that essay then go for it, but as with msot essays that get left till the last minute i dont recomend an engine, I'd personally go for something straightforward, but not too easy, say an electric drill or similar items.

yes i know that sounds a bit crap but it will save you bags of effort lol and i know that students are workshy soap dodging monkeys :p
