how much would a bodyshop charge to replace the sills under the car as mine are begining to rot? also to replace the back arches?

I'd have said you're looking at about ?2-400 for the arches, for the sills probably about ?400+

for the same price for the repairs you could buy a new nova with less rust.

^^^very true I paid 350 for my car completely standard 1 owner from new mint bodywork Take a look in features don't look like a 350 quid motor

I paid ?200 for my saloon, its in top condition, the only patch of rust is on passenger rear wheel arch and it looks worse than it is. Starts every time even when it's minus 50gazillion outside. Although it does get jealous of my hatch's fancy side repeaters.

i paid ?230 for 2 new full rear arches (not just repair pannel) to be welded on, smoothed, painted and blended
