Quickie: Temp sender unit

just a quick question....will a 1.3 Belmont temp sender unit be okay to replace the one on my SR?

cheers lads...just fitted it...still no gauge working though...one I fitted might be knackered aswel though because the Belmont it came off was a right shed, lol, Vauxhall's on Monday then I think...

iirc if u ground that feed the guage should goto max - if it doesnt then its probably the guage ;)

pretty much any temp sendor will work but some have different plugs on them . I know the one from my 1.2 fitted and worked on my 2.0 8v
