i wud but ur a fecking long way from kent!! lol
if u wanna try it ur self tho,
get both motors on axle stands, then to do the front u take the wheels off ,next by the wheel hub assembly u will c ur shock,at the bottom of the shock there are 2 nuts and bolts(these are either 17mm or 19mm) undo both of these and then all u have to do is open the bonnet and on each side of the engine ull c the suspension top mounts( these are held on by 2 13mm(i think) nuts undo them and the shock will now be able to be pulled out,
to fit the shock back onto the car do the above in reverse

d'oh!!!!!
i forgot the rears
righ for the rears
take of the rear wheels and then u'll c the rear shocks at the bottom of the rear shock is a bolt(17mm i think) undo this and then open ur boot in the boot on each side there shud b 2 rubber boots, there is one nut under this boot, undo this and then the rear shock shud fall out, do the same on the other side but b carefull coz once both shocks have been undone the rear arm will fall downwards, the springs will fall out of their cups.
to put ithe other shocks and springs on, do the above in reverse but i wud use a jack or block of wood or something to hold the arm up and in place with the springs in whilst bolting the rear shocks back on
hope this helps and if u do go ahead good luck

Would but I'm a good 400 miles away!
It really is easy to do, if your just taking out of 1 car then it's even easier as you won't have to disassemble the front struts to fit the top mounts.
As Shn_nova says - but the 17mm bolts he refers to are all 19mm. top mounts are indeed 13mm.
My suspension was done from scratch in the furtheds reaches of our car park at college, and took us an afternoon to accomplish without using spring compressors or even the right sized spanner for the top mount! (Hammering an 18mm spanner onto a 19mm nut takes a long time!)
You will need: 2 jacks, 13mm spanner or socket, 19mm socket and spanner. wheelbrace. Simple really!
