freeserve e-mail probs

is anyone having problems with freeserve mail??
my outlook express keeps rejecting my username and password
anyone know a way to fix it ??

You can check your emails via http://www.freeserve.com at the top right of the page kinda you can log in and check your email

do you dial up using freeserve? if you dont dial up for 30 or 60 days (not sure which), they suspend your account. go to
https://www.freeserve.com/signup/noties/ar60.cfm?reclaim=true

and it will reset your account

Used it last friday so shouldn't have expired, it comes up with the error message (have copied bits from it):

There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected.

Unable to lock maildrop'

Error Number: 0x800CCC92

anyone know what that meansas the password has been checked and is right???

i had the same prob afew weeks ago,

do what purple nova said, hes write.

i use my email every day but they still suspended it for some daft reason.

even if you use your email, they will still suspend you IF YOU DONT DIAL UP TO THERE ISP 08457 0796699

right, have tried that this am and it doesn't work!
am getting some e-mails through though but it still comes up with the error message think i might be callin freeserve in a bit

my freeserve email never used to like Oulook. But then neither do i so its no big deal. I just use www.fsmail.co.uk now and its all good
