im after a FIBREGLASS COPY of a mk1 SR / GTE wraparound style spoiler.

any ideas where will sell one?

cannot stress the urgency of this :lol: :oops: :roll:

if anyone has ANY ideas.

if the Tailgate was made out of Fibre glass wouldn't it be too light? or does it not matter, suppose it dont does it as it still locks.

bodyshop wouldnt prep a normal one.

they MIGHT however paint a gte one thats already prep'd.... i shall ring n c

Austins nova has a fibreglass tailgate or similar very light weight..!

bodyshop wont prep one? :? why? :?

theres a chance the paint will flake off an sr spoiler.

they shouldnt have a problem painting a gte one

Don't see the problem with GTE it's rock solid? Plrnty have been resprayed before, probably countless amounts*

can anyone with a gte or original gte spoiler can they confirm they are rock solid....?

and wont prep / spray sr spoiler as risk of crack / flake as prev said.

dont spose they want their reputation in tatters lol

my gte one is solid. painted two of them now and no problems whatsoever.

...see the pictures of my car and my mates white SR i put up a few days back.... halfords white primer anyone?!?! its gonna look so bad when it flakes off :lol:

they sell the fibreglass tailgat for ?130, not sure bout the spoiler, havent looked much
