speedlines? where do you get them?

i want a pair of 16"speedlines that i always see on novas i think they are allessio's but im not sure! i heard they have stopped making them!?
do they have a custom offset for vauxhall? why are they so popular?

a guy called colin smith had a few set's but i think some people have had bad dealings with him then again some have had good

personally ive never bought owt off him so wudnt know he's a member of this site

I have bought some stuff off of him, hes cool but if you want it collect it, he is very relaxed on sending, but i have no bad things to say about him
