RAC vehicle data check

Could somebody please try this for me.
I noticed a link on this site for the RAC vehicle check, basically it tells you number of previous owners etc, and since tuesday, i have been unable to access this site. It lets me type the number plate in, but does nothing more.

its because there is an internal server eroor with in the RAC at the minute
they are trying to fix it as we speak, most of the site is in full working order but some bits arent !!!

Thanks to both of you for trying for me.
Does anybody happen to know of any other sites that has this same service, but for free? I have seen a car for sale, and just want to check the number of previous owners.
