I am interested in making a cover for the bulkhead under the bonnet (to cover the battery and washer arms etc), i think that i've seen them on Nova's, made out of MDF.

Does anyone have the measurements to make the cover or know what typre of MDF to use?

Or are they made using something other than MDF?

i made mine from a sheet of ally. i made it by using a piece of cardboard as a template. then drawing round the finished template onto the ally sheet ready to be cut out with tin snips. took about 10 mins to do and makes all the difference. if you can polish it, that makes it look even better. see my feature for a pic of it.
