why not do what normal peeps do when looking for prices and give some insurance companies a call? lol. or go 2 their websites for quick quotes.

After all i don't think Novaload offer insurance to their members yet. (would be good though)

Does the insurance increase much for a 1.4SRI compared to like 1.2 Merit. I know the insurance group difference is around 3/4 groups how much is that in money terms. A grand, couple of hundred, 50 quid. Can you give me any idea.
Thanks

Basic theory is that the insurance group listsing relates to a percentage probably looking at about a ?4-500 difference for you on the two you mentioned.

But i have had cheaper quotes for higher group cars as compared to my Nova's.

For example, my Vectra 2.5 V6 is group 15 and they want ?550 for cover and a Group 11 Nova GTE is nigh on ?700, they look at it that the Vectra is worth more so i would take more care when driving, whereas nova GTE is worth nothing so i wouldnt care about it.

Yeah i know what you mean Ben, certain 1.2 Renault Clios have been quoted higher than 1.4 Clios. Basically because of the insurance companies past experiences, (1.2 being a very popular first time car), leading to more claims.

Are you 17 Ben, if you are 17 are those prices under your own name, because they seem great prices.
