Should be around 290 - 300 for the conversion as i've looked into it.
search pvd, & novatech, courtney bit pricey mind.

Stuff you'll need
mk2 1.6 cav cv's
nova shafts
lowering blocks for the arb
exhaust downpipe, some have said to use the astra downpipe but lengthen it or shorten it i cant remember
strengthening plates, or seam weld or stitch weld bay
front springs ?90, some have used astra fronts if on budget.
not sure if you need a different alternator bracket or if you need to bash the left lower part of the bay back.

Some have said you wont need to weld the engine bay but i would its heavier so it would crack over time.

you need mk2 cav 1.6 INNER cv joints

Nova GTE 22 SPLINE shafts

you DONT need lower tie bar brackets

us the CAVALIER downpipe up to the flexible join just under sump

mine is NOT strengthend and is not treated lightly. NO signs of damage. Ste_sa will vouch for the fact that strenghtening not necesseray

you DONT need a new alternator bracket

you DO need to bash the area by the alternator pully.

you need to remove the PAS pulley from the crank

you need new mounts (www.carquip.co.uk)

Any questions, ask me as i've done it 3 times now.
