you will need to modifiy the front cross member for the let as you will some where to put the intercooler especially if your going to have an uprated one. Far as i no the mounting points are the same.

no difference in fitting if you use the f20 5 speed gearbox, if you use the f28 6 speed gearbox it gets to be more of a headache. if you centrically mount the radiator (as i have had to using the EDS/regal intercooler)it all fits in fairly well.

my rad does not fit straight in at the front.(cant remember the name gone from my mind lol) is right pushed forward

if you use the standard intercooler i can see how your rad wont haveto be centrally mounted, but with an aftermarket ic, the rad has to be mounted centrally to allow the pipes from the turbo to ic, and from ic to throttle body to pass through.

Jim, how did you get the rad to sit in the middle?

remove the rubber lugs at each end of the rad, then either remove or bend the thin metal plates which the rubbers would have stood in, then the rad is free to move around.i think i also had to remove the small 'legs' at the bottom of the rad (they sit in two rubber mounts at the bottom), this gives you more room for manouvre.
the rad isnt going anywhere once you reattach all the water pipes etc.

just drill the holes further forward

further forward? how do the boost pipes fit down the side if you move it forward? i thought it had to be centralised

i made it all fit perfect, when i tilted it forward, made all new brackets and the lot, went to trail fit the intercooler and realised i should have put the rad in the middle! silly me
all fits fine now
