nova 1.3 gt????

on the way to work i see this nova,on the back it say's nova..."NOT" corsa..gt,well i thought the GT was the euro car,corsa gt...well can any one tell me why there is a nova 1.3 gt uk car?????

PS: it has not been modid or changed it is a silver/grey on bottom halth nova..... :?

to the best of my knowledge there wasnt. There was just the Sport, SR+GTE mk1 models in the UK and the GT + GSI (basically a GTE) in europe.

they were just the european version of the SR so it would have been carbed i would have thought. might have added injection on later GT's?

thing is it is a geuine uk car owned by some one who's not into cars cus it is just totaly standard,and the wheels are like normal sr/gte/gsi ones but have no split up the middel there solid?? this is really puzzling me now..

well I would think about the same, the MPI combined with a cat would probs make it close. Wonder if you can get an MPI injection system from one of them imported :?

the car looked like skoobs but silver on top half,and there was the righting in the vinyl left hand side says gt right hand side says nova!! it is really getting to me now..im goin to try and tak a pic of it if it's there? but then will need to send it to some one cus i carnt put pic's up..

Thats the Corsa Sprint I think, what some tree-hugging countries got instead of the Sport :lol:

There was a GTi, but it was just the Euro name for our SRi
