is there anybody who is willing to take the time to and rite down the RITE WAY to change the headgasket on my nova 1.6gsi 8v includin undoing the head bolts and doin them back up to the rite troque settings.i know this is a bloody boaring task but my nova 1.4sr extrem was nicked with my bloody manual inside,after getting it ready for its mot,sum twat nicked it the nite b4 it went in.so to cheer me and the misses up(who bought the 1.4sr)i have bought a butifull 1.6gsi 8v 4 us to replace our otha babe,its booked in friday morning 5 03 2004 and i realy want 2 b there.so please help a man in distress thanx to u all 4 reading and look 4ward 2 your reply's ASAP PLEAZE.

Haynes guide is pretty good for that sort of thing and will give you the correct tightening sequences and the torque settings for all the bolts..
You cant really go wrong if you follow that :)
