Intercooler on TD

Anyone know the isuzu TD engine well on the nova TD

I've got an intercooler i want to plumb in but don't know which pipes to put it to and also how to plumb in a gsi radiator instead of the Td one so i can fit the intercooler.

Experts needed asap!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure on the intercooler but the i would imagine the radiator would be piece of piss as there only two pipes to connect

the rad is a twat if your using the 1.7 engine cos the water pump housing is different. but on the 1.5 you just need to change a few pipes.
the intercooler needs to be in the boost pipe, it comes out the bottom of the turbo and feeds up to the intake manifold. please put it in front of the rad, anywhere else is a waste if you aint got sufficient cooling.

i am working on a sealed forces air induction system using a renault 19 16v bonnet vent into a standard sealed air box (with a couple of mods to fir a large induction cone into)
