carpet removal

goto get sum welding done to drivers side sill type area :evil: trying to get the carpet up but im abit confused as to how to remove the seat belt bar (on the floor) iv undone the bolt but how does the other side come off?

its hard to explain.

lol its a bit of a pain...

Twist it upwards and then you have to kinda manipulate it around various angles.. stick at it and you'll eventually get it out :)
