2ltr 16v Info required!!

Does anyone have a web address with information on fitting 2ltr 16v engine in to a nova.

How easy a task is it? Im a mechanic so will be doing it myself..

The only thing i am worried about is the wiring. ( thats never been my strong point)

The engine is going in a 1.2 sxi

Any help will be much appreciated

think the biggest problem you'll have is finding the 22 spline driveshafts

if not a injection u need a gte or gsi feul pump.

for the wiring just find a m8 that can do it or get a mechanic to fit up it should not be that much

An SXI would have been an in tank pump on the Spi's, so search round the scrappers for a MPI vaux with an in tank pump. there all the same, i got mine from a V6 vectra.

If you're thinking of modding the motor as well you might need to up the fuel pressure so get a variable fuel pressure regulator from Rally Design.

Uprated fuel pumps are also a thought and I can supply them.
