Nova GTE wasnt a carb, it was a multi point injection 100 brake jobbie.
Can also be found in Astra Mark 3 Cesaros (not common!)

You sure its not an engine conversion? Never heard of a Carbed 1.6 8v engine as standard in a Nova.

also werent the cav 1.6's big block engines?? i remember micky going on about it when he did his conversion back in the day lol

only 1600's the nova came with were injection, plenty of cavs with 1600 on carbs though.

mk2 cavs had big blocks mk3 cavs have small blocks.

I'm also going to be fitting a small block cav 1.6 carb on sunday oooo!
