I shall be painting my car @ work within the next three weeks.

What colour would you lot go for? i want metalic and i might even add a pearl to it.

Oh and pics wouldnt go a miss either :D

my old sr was metalic gris (i think) it was a grey colour with a red\green flip in it looked spot on

why the fuck do people post colours that are standard with your styling, and resources i would go for toyota rav metallic blue, lighter then scooby blue wicked, with a yellow pearl, with antracite rims or polished :D

well i think that,aqua blue on the top then a deep but bright blue on the bottom halth,so it would be a two tone jobi lik that one thats silvr and blue..

British racing green with metal flake or cosworth blue with metal flake 8)

It doe's mate I saw a focus rs at snetterton in the summer with metal flake,I dunno about you lot but I don't think you could go wrong with cossie blue Looks phat on any kitted car (my opinion) :lol:

For my two penneth worth....

Volkswagen Dragon Green. Looks a little like Rio Verde but it's a pearl/mica so has a very gentle "flip" on creases (eg arches!) and gives a fantastic finish. Think about dark silver wheels (not anthracite)

I hate metalflake, think it looks shit.

i was looking throught the colour chips @ work today and saw a metalic orange which flips to yellow through the light, that looked cool.

And also see the gold and blue flip they use on alfa romeo's

that alfa color dose look nice mate though i have seent it done on a nova that was up donny last year...i have seen some saxo's and new 306,106's with a blue thats got some sort of yello flip in,looks nice.
But at the end of the day you must be happy with what you color it will be.
