what do they mean :o or stand for i thought gti stood for grand tour injection but what about the others?????

Sr = Special Rally i think, i= injection (no need to say)

GTE= grand touring edition

SRI = Sports refined injection

GSI is gay and has no meaning (yes thats true also)

pretty sure SRi = Sports Refined. On vauxhalls at least. Other manufacturers might have SR to mean special rally.

afaik GSi = Grand Sport Injection.... and i'd heard the E in GTE was some german word :?

yes im sure the gte was german for gti as there e is an i, when they 1st came out i think the insurance companys were confused .

i know that the ford rs's stands for rallye sport

and porche rs stands for renn sport

and the ferrari 250gto the gto stands grand touring 'omolgation(i think its spelt like that its italian for homlogation)
