what about the top trumps?

proofs of both have been printed etc a couple of weeks back. and all errors omitted. the cover was the most blinding one although sorted in its early stages. only other bits n pieces that needed sorting was crop marks and the like and also the binding gutters and the drilling for the hanging thing and things getting in the way on the pages.

because of the time it is now i dont think jim wanted to take it any further. the intrest in the items would have dropped and we or i cant afford to risk getting x amount printed if only half sell. the idea was we get big enough order to keep costs down, but at same time because of the lateness, a drop in price would still entice people kinda thing.

as it stands, because of less intrest, prices would have to stay at the published prices, and that would mean even less intrest.

as far as im concerned calenders and the like could still be manufactured. but i dont know if jim wants to bother anymore or if there'd be that much intrest.

dont think theres owt else to say on the matter. other than the famous line that the labour party use of "lessons have been learnt" and next yr they will be produced EVEN before xmas or new year.

What were the 'published prices' Mike?

Don't think I ever saw them, maybe if we knew a price we could make a decision, I still want both as it's not about the 'calaender' for me, it's about the cars 'on' it!

stick them up for downlad, and maybe even sell the links. one download per link.

people can then have them printed themselves shoulf they want. or even release it as a desktop wallpaper calender.

no point in doing for for something that's not used for anything, is there.

I know its probably just 'cos I'm sad, but I have quite a few years worth of calendars which I have kept for the info on them

would it be a lot of effort to put them aside for now and print up as they are 2005 dates later in the year?
