Get the 'Haynes' Nova owners manual, you know, the book your ol man used to have a capri or a cortina!!
theyre about 15nicker from halfords and although there about as fun to read as a popes diary, theyre incredible on knowledge on every little spec and detail on the sacred motor.

If she said 'its the nova or me' would you miss her?

They dont tell u valve spring lengths though, well not it mine it says compare them to new ones or, i think its 32mm under a 15kg load
