just wondered if anyone had recieved there brakes yet. Been a week now since I was told they were sent and still have nothing.
Have now asked for the courier used and the tracking number, but still waiting for a reply with the info.
I am getting very worried that i've been ripped off out of ?650.
People did say if takes a while for you to get them, remember when it started there was that x-man bloke, i hope you havent been ripped off

I sure hope not.
It just takes the piss how long it taking for them to supposedly arrive and the fact that my emails arent always been replied to.
Its coming to the point where Im about to start taking leagal action.

The guy was very quick to defend himself aswell against why he was late sending parts out in the past. Not as if its 30 sets of brakes is it, so there shouldnt be any reason for delays.
Beware of the old "courier" excuse as i have had many a run in with companys using this excuse. It is rubbish if they wont give you the parcel number.
Hope there is a simple explanation guys, and hope you get your brake set ups soon, seemed like a geniune man from his replys.

Good job i didn't buy any then. Don't like waiting for things as it is.
I did also post saying that i heard they were not a good 'company' to deal with, though i seemed to have been wrong so took my words back.
But that was then.
It seems that, just like other companies, they're quick to take the money, but if there's any problems they'll respond as and when they feel like it.
And just because they might eventually do fulfill the order, they seem to think that this makes everything good again.
But an excuse is still an excuse, and it is frankly not good enough.
If i were you, i WOULD file a claim in the courts. Either way, they might pull their finger out, or get you your money back.

I can see why things are taking so long, i mean you have what say 5 sets on order, all different size disks, different calipers etc so things are bound to take a while. Try ringing them to find out where the parts are and say your a little dissapointed with his service. Rick

Rick, djp_y2k was told over a week ago they had been sent out so there is no excuse why they havn't arrived.
The complexity of the order should not affect the time with the courier. And there is no excuse for a company not replying or supplying customers with information
I think we can safely say that no-one in thier right mind on this site, will buy ANYTHING from godspeed again. Might also be worth post on a few other sites about the poor service. Even if the brakes turn up tomorrow, the level of service has still been poor and people deserve to know the facts.

No, haven't received mine, but im not getting too worried about it. My guess is he'll dispatch them all at the same time. And from i've been told its not exactly a big company. Have faith.... They'll come soon..... (I hope :| )
I've been kept waiting up to 6 months by companies such as Demon Tweeks  Now that was annoying!

Doh... maybe he's just stalling for time then, to get them finished :(
Give him a ring, his numbers on the Godspeed website.

Right Guys ,
I was hoping to get the kits finished and sent over a week ago as I emailed Dan Payne letting him know thats what I was doing , The plan went tits up sorry
As I was waiting for the last order to come in(you know who you are) which did take a long time , during that time I had a group buy in from the Subaru guys , as I had all there orders in together I did those kits first while waiting for your last order , The subaru kits have taken more time that I thought but I will have the last one finished and sent out tonight , I can then finish off your Nova & Civic orders , I have all of the kits about 80% finished , These kits should be with you all within a week. :D
So please be a bit more patient ,
Cheers Ian

I have emails to prove that you said at least my kit was complete.
You also said that the brakes had been sent, not were being sent.
Why all the lies. You took ?650 out of my account nearly two months ago.
I understand why they have taken so long due to you not recieving all the payments but after that I am far from impressed.
As I said above I will seek further assistance if needed.

I havent lied , I told you what I thought was going to happen , and it gave me a bit of breathing space for all the emailing and calling you were doing , your stress was also stressing me out , take a chill !
As I said , they should be with you within a week , so be patient....

I havent lied
Yes you have. You said it had been SENT. and it hasn't. As for breathing spcae, people would be a lot more understanding if you explinaed truthfully in the first place.

I havent lied
I would be surpsrised if you recieve any more orders from novaload Ian.
I will order from Godspeed as custom parts take time and i have no problems waiting on things. At the end of the day when they arrive they are done and it seems like the real issue here is that one of the orders arrived late and that put the NL group buy behind a few other far larger group buys. I'm sorry but you did not tell the truth.
I appreciate that custom parts take time to make, as I am an engineer and make countless custom parts day in day out. I except this and have no problem with the length of time bits take to make.
I do however have a problem with being told false information. I would much rather you replied to me saying what you said above.
That is by far an exceptional explanation why the kits havent been sent.
Instead you told me that they had already been sent
A quote from the email sent
yes some went out on friday and the others went yesterday
I do get stressed and will keep on if I feel I've been taken for a fool and up to now you have proved me right.
I am looking forward to recieving my brakes as I have heard great reviews about them. And I will by other products off Godspeed again.
But I do reccomemnd you tell the truth, as it will only lead to more stressfull situations as this and more bad press for your company if you continue this way.

take a chill !
lol ?650 chill?
Fair enough, delays can and do happen, especially in the custom parts trade. But the best thing to do in those cases is to make sure there is good communication between the business and the clients, and the client is informed of the progress on a regular basis. It may seem like a pain in the ass, but it's VITAL. Just burying your head and hoping to get everything sorted out and hoping the ''whingers go away'' isn't the right way to go about it.
I have had no deelings with Godspeed, so am not in a position to comment from my own perspective, but at the moment all i seem to have heard is that the service is absolutely crap, even if the parts are tip top.
Get the communication sorted out, and there would be absolutely NO reason for any other company to be used instead of yours.
