windscreen wipers

ive lost the instructions for my wiper.

does the motor turn the top or bottom first?

in the monostyle instructions it told you that when you set the wiper park position, to have the arm on the motor pointing up or down, so it sweeps straight to the drivers side, without a dwell period or doing the passenger first.

basically i need to know (ooeer!) if me linkage should be pointing up or down.

try it both ways?

remove the wiper and put some tape on the spindle ad use that to judge where it goes ;)

as standard they are pointing down!
