best usin aluminium plate, its easier to bend u get a betta finish and it dont conduct electricity like steel does :roll:

Alluminium conduct better than steal as it has more free elcetrons. But, it forms an oxide layer extremely quickly in air which acts as an insulator. It is it fine aslong as it doesn't rub. Cos if it does, it will rub off the oxide layer then conduct like a gooden.
My old man's making one up at work for me at the moment, i'll get some pics and dimensions up when its done.... altho if he does it with his usual sense of speed then it'll be ready about 2006 lol

i just bought this also 4 mine so when i put me chequre plate cover on itll prtect the battery
