Vinyl at door pillars?

Hi all..

I have a nova sting and have just removed the vinyl sripes down the sides..

I noticed only yesterday that the black door pillars is a kind of vinyl too?
Is it safe / easy to remove this or will the under neath be all sh*tty or will it be lovely and white?

i removed mine and it as just the same as bottom vinyl and was fantastic paintworl under it

lots of hot water or even better i found a wall paper striper..

Get a hot air gun and warm it up then it will peel of without any problems

I used petrol to get the glue'y s**t off mite not be ideal on non metalic paint!

use white spirit to get the glue of as it wont attack the paint in anyway

i found its best done on a warm day

dont do it on a white car to much white the black there breaks it up nicely.....
