Explorer Problems, Help required

I require some help please

My Computer or Internet Explorer is playing up, not sure if its been caused by some dodgy porn surfing, as my homepage got set to some search site, but heres the rest of the symptons,

Computer is generally running a bit slow on opening any programs but the main problem is when using explorer I cant open links on pages, I click the link and then it pauses for ages (No new windows open) the screen goes white after a while and the it returns back to the screen I was viewing,

Anybody got any ideas thanks???

ive had same thing, wen i started the comp an error would come up saying Ctrl.dll can not be opened, access denighed.

you have a trojan virus. e-mail me and i'll send you a little program to remove it. Ad-Aware and etc wont work with that one.

It'll remove the virus, and re-set the explorer homepage.

All sorted for now, I reinstalled windows!

Anyone recommend a good antivirus program for when I go and buy one?

go to c:// > windows > then look for web pages on the 1st page thats usually it

also thats where most porn dialups are put in there.

http://www.mozilla.org use this web browser instead, pages load faster and it's got a popup blocker built-in :)
