i will be taking mine to a garage soon who will cut it out and weld in a plate!

i dont see why Vaux put it in, in the first place, it muct be a design fault, water gets on the battery and all the electrics!

think this is where your fresh air is taken in for the cabin, if you cover them up ive heard you start getting funny smells inside :?

The scuttle panel is where your wipers bolt onto, at the top of the bonnet, base of the windscreen. It has vents in, and supplies the air into the cabin.

cover it all apart from one section either side of the centre wiper hole (one slot above each side of the blower motor)
