re-fitting reverse/fog lights

Also have a flush tailgate and afterburner rear lights so need to put a new number plate light and fog/reverse light. was thinking about using clear side repeater lenses but not sure if it'l pass the mot.any ideas?

aslong as the right colour light is emitted out it'll pass mot eg indicators orange
fog tail and stop orange

reverse can be any colour by the mot as its not part of the test

i thought if its there it has to be white, but it dont need to be there...?

if u imagine a red reverse light, rather dangerous to other road users no?

reverse can be

white/red/orange... anything else is illegal to show at the rear

you can buy seperate fog lamps neway? some can look good like the 206 one. a side repeater wont pass cos the lights have to be a certain amount of amps eg side repeaters less amps than front indicators.

mines blue and wasnt tested 4 mot but yes it is illegal
