Rear light Not working, brake light does?

The rear light dont work on one side but the brake light does. The rear light and the brake light are in the same bulb, and i have changed the bulb. ANy ideas?

I had the same thing happen to mine but it was the other way round, the light worked but the brake light didn't! changed the bulb and it was fine!



By the way mate where abouts in chelmsford are you? i live very near the town.

Great Waltham, but i anit got in on the road yet, got a punto at the moment. 1st of march it will be out, thats when the insurance should start

are u using dual contact bilbs mateat the bottom of the cap there should be 2 metal strips

In other words make sure you've put the bulb in the right way

nah i put a sidelight\brakelight bulb in with only one strip on the cap and it didnt work right
