Brakes Seized

i have a 1.3sr Which has been sitting for months, all the brakes are seized on. Any idea how to release them?

fronts

take the calipers off (10mm hex key). either recondition them yourself, or get some ATE calipers i have 1.2i ATE ones and they are good, but you could go for nova GSI or even up to astra GSI ones


rears

strip the drum down, get new shoes and makesure its all clean a the moving bits lubed with copper grease

Dont worry sorted so it moves now. Just powered it up in first and Reserve and the brakes then released and No i didnt go shooting through the garage wall. They are all free and even stop u again when u push the brakes. Result.
