i wanna buy some lowering springs for my nova and the website said that shorted shock adsorbers are used with the springs.how much would adsorbers roughly cost?the springs are ?75 on there own.cheers

Well if you have the money then the full kit(4 lowering springs and 4 special shortened dampers) is about ?200-?250. Dampers are usually about ?30-?50 each
It is advised that you get the shortened dampers as the original ones will wear out quicker with the lowering springs fitted.
But most people find that they can have a 40mm drop just using springs and have no problems.
But if you are going to lower your car then the springs should be paired with uprated dampers for best results

alright cheers,i ain't got enuff for the full kit,im gunna drop it 40mm and see how it goes,cheers mate
