I have sold a complete GSi system to a bloke with a 1.2 (Mk 2) hoping that it would fit with minimal effort.

He has called me a couple of times moaning that it wont go on for one reason or another.
Anyone know what is needed to get it on?

So far he has the downpipe to back box. I am doubting that the 1.6 manifold will fit?

Should I just take it back?

you need the whole lot.. or just the backbox

and anyway his mk2 1.2 will prob be a 1.2i so unless it's a late c16se zorst then it's no go

Hmmm, never thought of the lambda shite!!

Any way around it? I know it can be done on the other engines.

if its an spi u need a late multec gsi or sri exhaust manifold

otherwise a normal gte manifold will fit fine
