hey, just wondering, cos i thought i should know, seen as im gettin one soon, but what does SR actually stand for? is it sport? cheers :D

It's sun-roof, if your SR doesent has a sun-roof its not really an SR.
When I was buy my SR I went to look at loads, but I turned them down because they werent facotry-SR's with no sunroof!

I nearly got in a fight because one bloke said I was wrong! my dad works for the vauxhall garage and I find out loads of little tips! I'll keep you all informed with other ones I know.

err is does stand for sports refined and no not all sr's had sunroofs ony novas to come with holes in the roofs as standard were sr/gsi/sola/antibies/club

Yeah so does mine but from new they had three options,a sunroof,alloy wheels or central lockin.They stand for Sports refined Injection :)

Mingle mate i think ste meant "sri/gsi/sola/antibies/club" rather than "sr/gsi/sola/antibies/club". Otherwise he's contradicted himself.

yup sri's were fitted with t+s sunroofs as standard
