Ok compaed to standard nova suspension i.e the non gte/gsi Nova's. How much lower are GSI Suspension?

After reading a few posts on rocky rattling Novas after they have been lowered, I was thinking to lower my car but to keep the comfort, and I suppose fitting new Standard GSI road suspension to my car will be the closest way to do this.

I assume its ~25mm lower then standard suspension.

If you get adjustable suspension, you can have the car lowered, yet still maintain a fair bit of comfort by adjusting the susspension to be as soft/hard as you like.
