Im payin ?1078 at the mo for my 1.2i
I was wonderin if thats a lot. Im 19 got 0 years no claims.
Car hasnt been modded at all.

What kinda car shud i get cos im lookin to get a new nova, and what insurance company shud i be using???

yes thats loads! I was paying less than that for my GTE at 19 with 2 years no claims.

At 17 my 1.3 SR cost about ?800 to insure with CIS so I think that should be about ?600-?700 in todays climate

I rang some places n they gave me quotes like ?2000!

Wot kinds of novas have cheap insurance then?
cos i saw one post that said a 1.4sr was cheaper than a 1.2???

i was in exactly the same bout as u, i didnt phone around MOD freindly comapnies and only rang a few, i god a company and was paying ?1200 for a stanrd 1.2! so after i put in a 1.6 engine i phoned LV and got better quote including my mods, wish i had rang them first, lost 9 months of NCB but it meant i was insured for my mods which is alot better then driving with illegal insurance.

you are definately being ripped off mate

considering i paid about 900 for my 1.2i on a learner driver premium as the only named driver, im sure you could get way better.

im paying 580 now for a slightly modded 1.2 ..im 18 with 1 yr NCB

i found that endsleigh were quite dear when i rang for a quote last year..

insurance is shit just drive without like all the imigrants do, infact sod the tax and mot and while your at it bin your licence wots the point dress like a refugee and u will get let off no worries
