i have a 2L 8V SRi cavalier-engined nova and i have been "testing" it out recently. It may not be the fastest nova ever, but hell does it fly!! i've smoked out a 306 1.9TD, Golf GTI, Mondeo 1.8 16V and i'm still adding to the list. nova's are so much fun :)

Yeah i can definately confirm that a ride in a valver is an expensive business.

Once you've been in one you just have to have one.

Unfortunately only having had my licence 3 months reduces my chances.

So i'm gonna try and get one for track use instead :D

Big engined novas are great, and there not to bad to insure, they class you as an enthusiast. I've done golf gti's, had a few goes with scoobys but the best was doing a brand new BMW 330 coupe, and he was giving it.FUN FUN :D
