Colgan Custom Car Bra's
Bra's - funny name, serious product.
Over the period of a cars lifetime, the condition of the frontal sections will deteriorate slowly, but surely. A combination of Stone Chips, mixed in with that wonderful insect splat acid, damages the car.
You clean it, wax it, have stone chip specialists come out and fix your paint, and at the end of the day, the car still looks shabby.
Those wonderful Americans - they always have a great idea to solve problems.
Specifically, a man call Bill Colgan.
Bill Colgan, also known as the "Father of the Car Bra," created the first car bra in 1961 for German engineers interested in providing a better protective cover while road testing cars... particularly new Porsches! Today Colgan are the world leader in car bras, setting the standards by which others are measured.
What's on Offer?
Colgan offer two major varients of their popular products. The majority of bras are two piece items. If you look on the Beetle above, you will see there is the main body section, and then the Bonnet section.
The two varients Coglan offer are simply the Bonnet section by itself, or a combination of both Bonnet and Body section.
So, will they fit my car?
Straight answer - if your car is an unmodified factory specification vehicle and it is sold in the USA - Yes.
However, if you car has a factory or aftermarket bodykit, or it is a Europe specific car, then sadly the answer is no.
To check if your specific model is available, see the section below.
I have a Van / Sport Utility - do you do Bra's for these?
Again - yes. As long as your manufacturer is listed and it is a vehicle on sale in the USA, then there is not problem!
i might get one!
damn they dint sell the nova in USA

good for keeping sho cars clean
also doesn't reflect radar
Saw a lot when I was out in America.
Surprisingly enough.. yes you do look like a tit if you have one :!:
so then the rest of the bodywork fades and when you remove that gay bit of tat you have a shiny front end and a dull car lmao. great idea lads
i see a fair few about here too. i do mention that they look crap to the owners lol

most of them also cost more than it would to have the whole front end re-sprayed.

Well, at least it protects the front of the car against stone chips, etc.
It doens't look very well in the cars but, if you have a daily-driven show car, at least you have the front protected...

Coming Soon!
Car Bra 2!!!!
For those ponsy americans who dont want stone chips on thier car bra, this bra simply fits over your exisitng car bra and prevents fading, chips and dents from small animals!
Twats!!!
I had one that covered the front lower part of my old '67 Beetle, that part of the car always suffers from stone chips due to it being the shape it is ad with it being so close to the road, so for ?30 or whatever it was for a wool-lined leather bra it was worth it to stop having it sprayed.
