a 1600 head would decrease performance a little not gain any cause it would lower the compression.
Get a kent cam to put in.

ast2 right?
To stand any chance of 130bhp, you will need:
Overbore (1mm)
Big valve head with a decent port and a fair bit skimmed off.
Piper or Kent cam at least 285 degree's
matched manifold with modified TB
4-branch and system
And possibly a fully mappable ECU.
Your ignition system will need to be in good nick, and everything will need setting up properly.

Yep your tring to gain an extra 50 odd bhp.
Do what MC suggested and if thats not enough power for you then add a 25 shot off nitrouse oxide :D
