1.2 carb tuning?

does anyone know how i can tune a 1.2 carb engine to get a few more ponies?

1.3SR Carb and Manifold (Pierburg 2e3 - must be off a 13S engine)coupled with a 1.4SR Cam (14NV engine). Should give you a bit of a boost.
