whats the air filter

im thinking of getting an air filter i have got an 1.4 sr with just a 4 branch manifold and back box. what do you reckon i get and will it make a good improvement

Ul get around 3bhp difference, and a little more induction noise from under the bonnet!

p.s - Ur lucky i have 0 traction below 40 or im just gonna overtake u!!! Go on the D-road/A50 if u dare!!! lol
