licence points and insurance

in december i got 3points and didn't tell my insurance company i have now had an accident and the women i hit has claimed. My insurance company worte to me and asked for a copy of my licence is this normal or am i in the shit for not telling them when i got the points.

This is normal procedure and yes you are in the shit!
cancelled insurance, possibly voided claim (you have to pay the woman, hmmm think nice big whiplash claim ????????s), then the police will do you for no insurance. and if you want to get very heavy it is fraud, as you fraudulently obtained cheaper insurance by not disclosing the points. also they will cancel thepolicy on you and you wont get insurance again as every company asks if you have ever had a policy cancelled.

But...if the policy was started b4 you got the points you are ok as you do not need to disclose points midterm(halfway through)

Let this be a lesson to all those who don't disclose stuff to the insurance companies.

Wot if u have a pending court date, and u r found guilty after u have renwed ur insurance? Do they just wack up the cost when u say u have a pending court hearing, or must u tell them after uv been convicted?

you have to tell em about anything pending at inception of a policy or at renewal periods.

when i took out the policy i had no points and then 4 months later i got 3 points does this make a difference

most companies dont require telling mid term
