OIL LEAK TAKING POWER?

I have just noticed that i have an oil leak coming from the top end of my engine. Easily sorted,

I was just wondering whether this leak coiuld have reduced power a bit?

THe leak is big enough to let out a full engines worth of oil in under 3 weeks.
