Layout:
Not a bad layout but the image at the top should be the same width as the table containing the content, and its actually quite a bit smaller.

Navigation is on the wrong side of the page, and as a result doesnt stand out enough and might be missed resulting in someone moving straight on to the next cruise site on their list.

Disclaimer is too cramped... makes the site look amaturish and squashed.

Design:
Nice header image, but as alread mentioned its the wrong width for the content you have on the page. However... i also think that the header image is too large and takes slightly too long to load, a little optimisation would do no harm there.

Lose the lovely lady from the header image... anyone using the site at work COULD get into trouble with an image of a lady anywhere near the screen in a skimpy top. Some employers can be tw@ts.

Lose the background image too - choosing a solid black background will make the whole thing much easier on the eye... although you could keep it textured for the table backgrounds to make it look a little more interesting than plain colours.

** use single line spacing if you are going to have them stacked like that on the staff listing otherwise it takes up FAR too much space :D

I agree with Andy.
Looks good, tho could look better with a few minor changes.

Why not have a 'click to enter' page, with a disclaimer on that, and get rid of it from the main site altogether?

The navigation should generally be either along the top or at the left hand side too. If people have different browser settings, they'd have to scroll right to get to the navigation all the time (if horizontal scrolling is actually enabled, as on some sites it just gets 'cut off' by the browser).

And i'm not too keen on the speckled background. If you dont like solid colour, use subtle (horizontal) 'grid-lines'.

^^^ it's good for your eyes!

Purple is just cool, and black goes with 'mayhem'. lol Can't see shit if a tiny bit of light is on the screen tho!

Anyway, do as i say, not as i do. lol

Says the man with a fiberglass kitted mosnster, who prefers clean and smooth gsi look. The world is indeed a strange place.

Why a ''girls section'' AND a ''babes section'' ? Does one contain transgender 'babes', or male 'babes' too?? lol

maybe the girls section is a specialist interest section for 'special members' only.

i think we should inform the authorities immediatly!!
