... u mean trunking? The rubber bits going from the doors to the bodywork? I found the easiest way was to grab a couple of sections of trunking from a scrappy - i think mine came from either an escort or fiesta tailagate, the trunking that holds the rear wiper hose and wiring was perfect and it had built in grommets on the ends - drill a couple of holes in your door and bodywork (stagger them so the trunking doesn't get trapped in the door).

If you remove the trim panel on the side just under the dash you can feel around for the best location to drill a hole so you don't end up having to drill through where the hinge or plate for the interior light button is. Same goes for the door, remove the trim and have a butchers at where u can drill. If I remember rightly, *think* the door might have an indentation on it for where the holes would be drilled on models fitted with leccy windows and central locking.

You can pick the bits of trunking up from a scrappy for next to nothing. but make sure its all good stuff and not split at the ends else the wires could rub and at best short out, at worst catch fire!
