HE WAS MY BOYFRIEND UP UNTILL 1 WEEK AGO PRATT SAID I WAS GETTING A BIT FAT AND HE BOUGHT THE CAR FOR HIS SELF ,, BUT I GOT THE KEYS AND LOG BOOK SO I GUESS ITS MINE I DONT THINK HE WILL BE BOTHERED CAUSE HE GOT QUITE A FEW CARS AND HE FAIRLY RICH SO HE WILL PROB BUY ANOTHER DOES HE COME ON HERE STILL ?

you are classed as registered keeper im afraid he is the vehicle owner i just found this out as my dad as been winding m e up as he bought my car ffor me 3 years ago when i passed my test and 3 years later i have done it up he keeps saying its his and hewants it back. this is all written down in the dvla rule and note and stuff. you are the one responsible for keeping it and taxing it and keeping it road worhy. he owns it. has he got rid of that corsa yet he was trying to palmm that off to every one trying to swap it for anything.

which one of his cars do you have?
he has never owned this car (2.0 16 v nova) yes he got rid of corsa 2000 pound he got it was nice . also where should i advertise MY car

I saw him put it for sale afew weeks back for 2400. should be in the cars for sale section.

stick it on ebay but if he paid for it then he is the legal owner and he can take you to court and make you pay the money you get and the costs. maybe he could report it stolen. sell it for a pound to a mate then you only have to give him a pound
another view think of it as a company car. if you have a comapny car you have the keys and paper work but can you sell it.....NO. it is not yours you didn't pay for it he is the owner registered keeper means nothing
